HELLO!

I'm Jessica, an illustrator based in Narrrwich, England, who sometimes enjoys creating works inspired by the mess that the world is. Incorporating relatable humour and evoking joy is the goal within my drawings. I think being deprived of a pet as a child led me to the next best thing of drawing the animals i wanted instead - it was cheaper for my parents and no one had to pick up any poo - Win-win! I haven't really stopped drawing animals since (dunno if you've noticed), although I am able to apply my style to other things too, no challenge is too big.

I like to work mainly using traditional mediums such as pens and pencil on paper, however utilizing Photoshop to create and manipulate my images is interesting.  Applying my work to Editorial and Print is something i have done for previous clients, but also taking the opportunity to experiment in completely different areas of illustration like animation, printmaking and even tattoo design is something i like to do, it keeps my practice constantly exciting.
